Dr Attakrit Leckcivilize

Attakrit is working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Health Systems Collaborative (HSC), Oxford Centre for Global Health Research. His research interests are labour economics, applied econometrics and health economics with application to developing countries.

Dr Betina Ip

Betina is a research fellow in the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences. The goal of her research is to understand how visual experience shapes the brain and behaviour. Betina supports career advancement and innovative public engagement at her centre. She is passionate about culture, new technologies and healthcare.

Dr Raghavendra (Raghu) Srinivas

Raghu works on improving the precision of atomic clocks via entanglement, and part time at a startup trying to build a computer out of single atoms.

Dr Hardy Sundaram

Hardy is a biochemist with over 20 years’ experience of drug discovery both within the pharmaceutical industry and academia. He is passionate about mentoring and enabling new scientists to embark on their careers.

Dr Vincent Wong

Dr Vincent Wong is the Senior Lecturer at the University of Hong Kong, the Chairperson (RC) of Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration of 15 state members, and the Special Researcher/ Special Consultant in HRM & STEM Policy for Asian and European countries. Vincent has extensive experiences in training senior government or ministerial officials for policy formulation (including STEM policy) and evaluation for over 40 countries including Finland, Australia, Korea, Japan, Ireland, Canada, China etc for 15 years. Dr Jasleen Jolly

Dr Jasleen Jolly is an Associate Professor at the Vision and Eye Research Institute, Cambridge. She specialises in multidisciplinary research to assess the visual system in low vision and inherited eye disease. Dr Jolly is passionate about EDI and takes part on a national level.

Dr. Vinita Puri

Dr. Vinita Puri is a highly skilled Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Registered Social Worker (RSW), Mediator, Coach, and Consultant. For over 20 years, she has worked with diverse populations across organizational and community-based settings; including correctional facilities, hospitals, educational institutions, addiction/recovery treatment centres, and regulatory Boards.

Dr. Yu Mo

Yu’s broad area of research is global ecosystem dynamics. Her current focus of research is the resilience of coastal urban-nature systems against hurricanes. Highlights of her research include using satellite-based observations to study long-term, large-scale ecosystem changes related to climatic and anthropogenic impacts.

Dr. Chidambareswaren Mahadevan

Chidambareswaren is a postdoctoral researcher at the plant chemetics lab. In his research, he addresses fundamental questions relating to plant immunity, especially against bacterial pathogens. Chidambareswaren uses a diverse array of biotechnological tools ranging from transient gene silencing to chemical proteomics and mass spectrometry. Chidambareswaren is passionate about science and the role it plays in evolving humanity. Xingang Wang

Xingang Wang’s professional experience includes engineering consulting and investment banking. He was involved in transport infrastructure design for the London Olympic before moving into finance where he oversaw valuation functions for several banks covering some of the most complex financial derivative products. He is a serial entrepreneur focused on financial consulting, property investments and artificial intelligence.

Derrick Bennett is Associate Professor in Medical Statistics and Epidemiology. He has been a Royal Statistical Society accredited Chartered Statistician (CStat) since 2005 and was named as a Highly Cited Researcher for 2018 for highly cited papers that rank in the top 1% in his field of research.

Dr. Zeynep Okray

Dr. Okray joined Oxford University in 2017, as a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Neural Circuits and Memory. Her main research interest lies in how the brain integrates sensory information to learn and form memories. As a researcher, Zeynep is passionate about leveraging the power of the fruit fly model (Drosophila melanogaster) to address fundamental questions exploring brain function. She is involved in several mentorship roles and provides academic and pastoral support to PhD students as a Senior Doctoral Training Advisor in her department.

Jani Bolla

Jani is a Royal Society University Research Fellow at the University of Oxford. The focus of his research is to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of large protein machineries involved in transport across biological membranes. Jani and his team employ state-of-the-art structural tools, including native mass spectrometry, cryo-electron microscopy, and X-ray crystallography, and complement structural findings with in vivo cell biological data. Before joining the Oxford Biology department faculty in 2021, Jani did a postdoc with Prof. Dame Carol Robinson at the University of Oxford and a PhD in C

Prof Daniel O'Connor

Daniel’s research career has focused on harnessing innovative and novel data science approaches to elucidate the fundamental mechanisms underlying immune responses. His principal research theme has been to explore the role of genetic variants in the regulation of immune responses. He has both a wet-laboratory and bioinformatics background, applying contemporary, high-dimensional datasets to elucidate the molecular determinants of vaccine responses. Daniel has led the bioinformatics group within the Oxford Vaccine Group since 2019 and was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2022.
